Positive: Everything was perfect. The room was good in size and clean. There are too many restaurants that work 24/7. The food quality was great. Despite large number of people but still manage to do everything without waiting. We have been upgraded for Sea view room and VIP wristbands band, thanks to booking.com. Staff were very helpful, speak English and happy to help
Negative: Just one to note, the rooms in-front are slightly noisy from the motorway and the windows are not sound proof

Positive: Very good hotel, good food a lot of choices, entertainment 10/10, large territory! Enough sunbeds for everyone! Villas territory is excellent and we enjoyed it!

Positive: We stayed at Long Beach Alanya Resort for 5 days and honestly, it exceeded all our expectations. Everything about this resort was simply amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and the service was consistently warm and professional throughout our stay. The facilities are top-notch, the resort is huge and beautifully maintained, offering endless options for fun and relaxation. We especially loved the multiple aqua parks and the variety of swimming pools, which kept both the kids and adults entertained for hours every day. Whether you want excitement or peace and quiet, there’s a spot for everyone. The food was delicious, fresh, and with a wide variety to choose from at every meal. We never got bored with the options, and even the snack bars and patisseries had great quality and taste. This place is a paradise for families, with so much to do and see. Everything is so well organized and thoughtfully designed. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year. Highly recommend Long Beach Alanya Resort, it was the perfect getaway.
Negative: Pillows were a bit firm, but still no big deal, i’m sure they would have provided softer pillows if I had asked, but didn’t see it as a big issue.

Positive: The swim up pool at the villa was very nice and the rooms were clean. The beach is very clean and the water parks were fun. Our waiter Kaam at the villa restaurant was super friendly and made our stay special. The kids enjoyed all the activities and we made some good memories together. The hammam and the massage at the spa were great. The sunrise from the pier was amazing!
Negative: The quality of the wines was not great. The villas were close to a mosque and we were up almost every morning at 5:45 because of the loud prayers. The highway noise was very noticeable.

Positive: Pools, slides & beach. It’s very clean and well looked after.
Negative: Rooms were a bit basic, but good enough. Restaurants especially main one were very busy so we preferred to go to the harmony one as it’s a bit quieter. Food was acceptable for the amount of people they need to feed, however it was frustrating to queue up to get something and it to run out and see people loading up their plates ahead of you, only to see it left on people’s tables as you left the restaurant.

Positive: Excellent top of the range facilities, the resort has everything you can think of to a high standard
Negative: The inclusion of the Harmony hotel may have added to the facilities however, there is a distinct difference in standards in the rooms and facilities in the harmony side. Therefore it does not make sense to check in guests who have paid for a 5 star experience and send them to rooms in the harmony side which are 3 star at best . The staff at long beach although mostly courteous and friendly they do have a tendency to treat non who’re guests with a lesser regard than others. On several occasions our children were spoken to in a harsh manner by bar and pool staff where as white children were greeted with a smile. Although we understand long beach guests are mainly Russian and other Europeans we paid the same money to be there and expect to be treated fairly. This was also evident as it appeared that the Harmony check in was predominantly non white guests not what we expected to experience as we had stayed at long beach before and insisted to be moved to the main area.
